Litigation

Our Firm represents companies and individuals in litigation that arises in any area of business, corporate, employment, real estate, trust, or securities law.  Whether trying cases to juries in Federal or State court or to a panel of arbitrators or participating in mediation, our litigation attorneys are well equipped to handle your needs and achieve a successful result in as cost-efficient manner as possible.  From litigating multi-million dollar contract disputes to advising owners of small businesses on how to address and resolve any number of problems both big and small, the Litigation Section has the expertise and experience necessary to handle any client's needs.  The Litigation Section also represents individuals who sustained damages to their credit or have suffered losses in the stock market or other investments and because of the inadequate administration and handling of trust assets whether those assets are in the form of securities, real estate, or business ownership. We specialize in business disputes such as business oppression, fraud, suppression, and business torts.

The Litigation Section also represents clients in arbitrations before FINRA, the organization tasked with resolving disputes with brokers, and the American Arbitration Association.  Our experience in these areas is significant.  Also, over the last several years, our litigators have represented borrowers, guarantors, and mortgagors in disputes with lenders.

The litigation group continues to expand and includes John Dana, Bruce Gordon, Jay Stewart, Lindan Hill, and Carl Williams. The Firm's litigation group is organized to handle major and sophisticated litigation of all types. These litigation attorneys have substantial trial and arbitration experience and offer a practical and compatible business approach to the litigation environment.
